B&Y are made of whimsical Icelandic poppies that sway into each other’s frames with the slightest breeze. Skipping around the canvas are coreopsis flower, alpine poppies, poppy seed pods and dried lavender.

Poppies grew wild and free, out of concrete in a ship yard in Ballard, Washington.
